House Rules
- Please respect the house like it was your own
- Please only park on the driveway or the street in front of the house, no blocking the street or parking in vacant lots
- Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm, many of our neighbors live here full time and are not on vacation.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture inside the home
- Please do not walk through vacant lots to get to the beach
- Please respect the speed limit in the neighborhood
- No-drug use or underage drinking allowed
- There is a 12 person MAX allowed on the property at anytime
- Pets are allowed only with prior approval and an additional pet fee
- The home is not suitable for parties or loud or large get togethers
- A Short Term Rental Agreement must be signed with-in 48hours of rental to hold your reservation
- Check in in is at 4pm
- Check out is at 10am
